Katie Scampton BA(Hons) Dip TCM, MBAcC, MRCHM
I qualified in Acupuncture and chinese herbal medicine at the London School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1997.
As you can never be too qualified or too experienced in this field, as well as practising full time, I continually attend courses to update my skills in infertility, male infertility, obstetrics, Japanese paediatric acupuncture, pregnancy and childbirth. I also teach and mentor students of acupuncture and Chinese
medicine at Westminster University.
It’s important for patients to feel at ease with their chosen practitioner, so if you have any queries about acupuncture in general, my qualifications or experience, or your particular condition, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. You may also find answers to some of your queries on the FAQs page.
What clients say...
“I started to see Katie a few weeks before my 4th and final go at IUI. I immediately felt relaxed and had an increased sense of wellbeing and confidence. I fell pregnant 5 weeks later. I have now returned for help to conceive my second child. I would not hesitate to recommend Bump Acupuncture.” Harriet
Why choose acupuncture?
“A controlled study with 28 infertile men showed that acupuncture gave significant improvements to sperm quality especially morphology.”
